ColorBook Studio ("we," "our," or "us") is a children's coloring book app. We take your child's privacy very seriously. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

1. Data We Collect

We collect and store no personal data. ColorBook Studio:

• Does not collect names, email addresses, or any personally identifiable information.
• Does not use advertising networks or analytics SDKs.
• Does not share any data with third parties.
• Does not track users across apps or websites.

2. Data Stored Locally on Your Device

The following data is stored only on your device and never transmitted to us:

• Artwork: Coloring pages your child creates are saved to the device's local storage.
• Settings: Background music preference (on/off) is saved via Apple's standard UserDefaults.
• Purchase status: Managed entirely by Apple's StoreKit. We never see your payment information.

3. Camera & Photo Library

The app may request access to the camera or photo library so a parent or guardian can create a custom coloring page from a photo. Photos are processed locally on the device and are never uploaded or transmitted anywhere. Access is always requested via Apple's permission system, and you can revoke it at any time in iOS Settings.

4. In-App Purchases

In-app purchases (Premium subscription, Dinosaur Pack, Dolls Pack) are processed entirely by Apple. We do not handle or store any payment or billing information.

5. Children's Privacy (COPPA)

ColorBook Studio is designed for children. We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and Apple's Kids Category guidelines. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children. A parental gate is required before accessing any purchase or content creation feature.

6. Changes to This Policy

If we update this policy, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the app after any changes indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
